Getting Started

How do I start?

A complete, step-by-step guide to opening your virtual US or European bank account, holding stablecoins in a multi-chain crypto wallet, and sending money worldwide with BraveX. New here? Just follow the steps in order.

What you'll need

An email address

Used to create your account and receive confirmations.

A photo ID

A passport, national ID, or driver's license for the one-time KYC verification.

About 5 minutes

Most people are signed up, verified, and ready to transact in a few minutes.

Step 1. Create your account

On the BraveX home page, click Sign Up (on mobile, tap the account icon in the top bar). Enter your name, email, and a password, and confirm your email if prompted. You can now log in to My Account.

Step 2. Verify your identity (KYC)

Before you can open accounts, hold crypto, or move money, you must complete a quick one-time KYC verification. From My Account, start verification and follow the prompts — you'll provide a few personal details and a photo of your ID (and sometimes a quick selfie and your address). Approval is usually fast.

This step is required first. KYC is a regulatory requirement. Until you're verified, the banking, wallet, and money-transfer features stay locked. Once approved, everything unlocks automatically — you only do this once.

Step 3. Open a virtual bank account — American or European

Go to My Account → US & EU Banks and create the account that fits you. You'll instantly get real account details you can share to receive money:

American account (USD)

Receive your own US account number & routing number. Get paid via ACH, FedNow (instant, 24/7), and domestic/international Wire.

European account (EUR)

Receive your own IBAN & BIC/SWIFT. Get paid via Instant SEPA across the Eurozone and beyond.

Share these details with anyone who needs to pay you — an employer, client, marketplace, or exchange. Incoming deposits are automatically converted into stablecoins and credited to your wallet.

Step 4. Create your crypto wallet

From My Account → Crypto Wallets & Cash Out, create a multi-chain wallet to hold USDC, USDT and EURC across networks such as Ethereum, Base, Solana, and Polygon. You'll get a deposit address for each network so you can fund the wallet from any external wallet or exchange.

Step 5. Add funds

By bank transfer

Send money to your US or EU account details. It arrives as stablecoins in your wallet, ready to use.

By crypto deposit

Send USDC/USDT/EURC to your wallet's deposit address on the matching network.

Step 6. Send money & cash out worldwide

Once your wallet is funded, you can move money in a few taps:

Cash out (off-ramp)

Convert stablecoins to fiat and withdraw to a bank account in 150+ countries.

Send money

Pay anyone via ACH, FedNow, SEPA, or international Wire.

Withdraw crypto

Send stablecoins to any on-chain wallet address you choose.

Step 7. Track your balances & history

Open the Balances tab to see live balances across your bank accounts and wallets, grouped by currency, and the Transactions view to review everything you've sent and received.
